A Family Church Building Faithful Christians
Come and worship the Lord at Cedar Crest Church of Christ. We believe in Christ Jesus, the Son of God, who lived among us and died for our sins. Following in His path, we do everything according to God's way. As we like to say, we do it by the Book. To put our faith in action, we operate a variety of Christian ministries throughout the Dallas, Texas, area. We are blessed to be led by Minister Jon W. Morrison, who guides his flock with grace and wisdom.
From friendly home visits for new members to encouraging godly living through discipleship, our congregation is helping people live the life God wants for them. We are changing lives and sharing the Good News of salvation.
Happiness is possible for you and your loved ones through our individual and family counseling. Our Christian counselors guide you and your loved ones through hard times with the lessons of the Scriptures.
At Cedar Crest Church of Christ, we are cultivating not only faith the Holy Spirit but school spirit, too! Our congregation includes numerous SwCC alumni who gather together to celebrate the school we love.

About Us
Founded more than 90 years ago, Cedar Crest Church of Christ is still going strong as we continue to serve the Dallas, Texas community in His name. Over the years, our Christian ministry has spread, becoming a mother church for other churches in the area. Our church practice comes directly from the New Testament.
While there are many denominational churches in existence today, we are thankful that the Lord's church still can be identified in the midst of this religious confusion. So many individuals are confused as to which church is the right church. It is our conviction that there is only but one church (Ephesians 1:22-23, Ephesians 4:4, Romans 12:4-5), in which the alien sinner can be saved today (Ephesians 5:22-23). That church is without question the Church of Christ (Romans 16:16), which was established on the day of Pentecost after the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This church is distinctive, and can be biblically identified. Come and share in the fellowship every Sunday as we strive to walk in the light of His love.
